The Priuser experience

Priuser starts to become software

We are building the first Priuser tools to organize the work of sales teams focused on telephone and digital sales.

Modules under construction connect telephone and digital opportunities with teams of advisors through distribution flows.

After several weeks spent defining the project and working with dealerships on their sales needs, we are entering a new stage: we are beginning to build the first Priuser features.

The project is beginning to take shape with a clear focus on telephone and digital sales operations, where speed, organization and work distribution are essential.

One of the first challenges we are addressing is managing sales opportunities. We want every incoming inquiry to be added to the system, organized and made available for the sales team to work on.

We are also developing a new way to distribute those opportunities. Instead of relying on manual assignment, advisors will be able to request new opportunities directly from Priuser, and the system will deliver them according to the rules defined for each team.

Other tools are beginning to take shape around this approach: organizing advisors and teams, following up with contacts, recording sales activity, tracking sales statuses, scheduling calls and supervising the work carried out.

The goal is for managers, supervisors and advisors to work within the same structure and have the information they need to understand how each opportunity progresses from its arrival through to a completed sale.

Priuser is thus beginning to develop an identity of its own: a tool designed to organize, support and scale sales operations specializing in telephone and digital sales.

The foundation is in place. Now we are building on it.
