Attic LLC will process that information according to the contracted services, client instructions and applicable agreements.

8. Marketing communications

Priuser may send commercial information about its products, services or news when Users have requested it or where another legal basis permits it.

Where applicable, Users may withdraw consent or unsubscribe using the mechanisms included in the communication or by writing to soporte@priuser.com.

Strictly operational communications or those necessary to provide a contracted service may continue while the corresponding business relationship exists.

Where these providers process personal data on behalf of Attic LLC, we will seek to ensure processing complies with applicable contractual obligations and appropriate security measures.

Attic LLC does not sell personal data to third parties.

The scope of information exchange depends on each integration, the contracted services and the configuration defined by the client.

When information is transferred to a third-party platform, processing performed directly by that third party is subject to its own terms, privacy policies and responsibilities.

Attic LLC takes reasonable measures to ensure that integrations developed or managed by Priuser use appropriate communication and access mechanisms to protect information in transit.

13. Meta: Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp

Certain Priuser products and services may use or integrate with services provided by Meta, including Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

Depending on the contracted feature, these integrations may be used to receive leads, manage interactions, communicate and provide other services related to our clients' sales processes.

Depending on the feature used, certain contact data, communications, identifiers, interactions and other information needed to provide the service may be processed through Meta's platforms and technology services.

Processing performed directly by Meta is subject to its own terms and privacy policies.

Using or integrating these services does not necessarily mean that all Meta technologies are installed on the Priuser website.

14. Mercado Libre

Priuser may integrate with Mercado Libre services for certain features related to the products and services offered to our clients.

20. Specific provisions for Argentina

For individuals in the Argentine Republic, personal data will be processed in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, its implementing and supplementary regulations and applicable provisions of the enforcement authority.

Data subjects may exercise the rights to information, access, rectification, updating and deletion provided by Argentine law.

The right of access may be exercised free of charge under the terms and at the intervals established by current law.

Requests for rectification, updating or deletion will be handled within the time limits established by applicable regulations.
