Privacy Policy — Priuser's Google Calendar Integration

At Priuser, a product developed and operated by ATTIC LLC, we respect our users' privacy and are committed to protecting information used to provide our platform's features.

This policy specifically describes how Priuser uses information associated with Google Calendar accounts when a user voluntarily connects their Google account to Priuser.

This policy is independent of privacy policies for other Priuser products or services.

1. Google Calendar integration

Priuser allows users to connect their Google account to synchronize certain calls scheduled in Priuser with a Google Calendar chosen by the user.

The Google Calendar connection is voluntary and is established only when users activate it and expressly authorize Priuser through Google's authorization mechanism.

2. Google information accessed by Priuser

When users connect their Google Calendar account, Priuser accesses only the information needed to configure and operate the integration.

Specifically, Priuser retrieves the list of calendars available to the user to display their names and allow the user to select where scheduled calls should be created.

Priuser stores a reference to the selected calendar for subsequent scheduled call synchronization.

Priuser does not access existing calendar event content or use this integration to view the user's schedule, availability, contacts, emails, files or other Google account data.

3. Creating and updating events

When Google Calendar integration is active and the user schedules a call in Priuser, the system may automatically create a corresponding event in the selected Google calendar.

The event contains only the information needed to represent the scheduled call:

• Title: "Call [customer name]".
• Date and time: the date and time set for the scheduled call in Priuser.
• Alerts: the alerts configured by the user to receive reminders before the call.

The event does not include additional customer information such as phone number, email address, notes, sales information or other data stored in Priuser.

When a scheduled call is changed in Priuser, the corresponding Google Calendar event may be updated to reflect those changes.

Where applicable, deleting or canceling a scheduled call may also update or delete the associated Google Calendar event.

4. Use of information obtained from Google

Information obtained through the Google Calendar integration is used exclusively to provide and maintain scheduled call synchronization between Priuser and Google Calendar.

Priuser does not use data obtained through Google APIs for:

• advertising;
• commercial profiling;
• selling information;
• commercializing data;
• training artificial intelligence models;
• purposes other than the Google Calendar functionality requested by the user.

Priuser also does not use information obtained through this integration to develop or improve products or services independent of Google Calendar synchronization.

5. Information sharing

Priuser does not sell or commercialize information obtained through the Google Calendar integration.

Google information is used only to provide the requested functionality and is not shared with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

Technology providers supplying infrastructure, storage, security or operations necessary for Priuser may access information, subject to applicable confidentiality and security conditions.

Disclosure may also occur where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or valid request from a competent authority.

6. Storage and security

Priuser stores the information needed to maintain the connection between the user's account and selected calendar, allowing scheduled calls to synchronize without repeating authorization for each operation.

Priuser adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.

Access to credentials and authorization mechanisms used to communicate with Google is limited to the Priuser components that need them to provide the relevant feature.

7. Disconnecting Google Calendar

Users can disable or disconnect the Google Calendar integration from Priuser.

When users disable or disconnect this feature:

• Priuser stops performing new operations on Google Calendar;
• it stops creating or modifying events associated with new scheduled calls;
• the integration settings are no longer available in Priuser;
• Priuser stops using the Google Calendar connection for that user.

Calls the user continues to schedule in Priuser will remain in Priuser as usual, but will not synchronize with Google Calendar while the integration is disabled or disconnected.

8. Revoking access from Google

Users can also revoke Priuser's access in their Google account security settings.

Once access is revoked, Priuser will no longer be authorized to perform operations on Google Calendar.

Users may reconnect their account from Priuser later if they wish to use the feature again.

9. Information retention

Priuser retains only the information needed to maintain integration settings and provide the service.

When users disconnect or disable the integration, Priuser stops using the corresponding authorization to interact with Google Calendar.

Integration-related information may be deleted in accordance with Priuser's data deletion procedures and applicable legal obligations.

10. User rights

Users may request information about data relating to their Google Calendar integration and request deletion where applicable.

11. Changes to this policy

Priuser may update this policy as needed due to feature changes, changes in services used, legal requirements or privacy practices.
