At Priuser, we respect people's privacy and are committed to protecting personal information received through our forms, website, third-party integrations (including Meta Lead Ads) and other platform-related services.

Information may be provided directly by users or received automatically when a Priuser client uses authorized third-party integrations such as Meta Lead Ads.

When users complete a contact or lead generation form, we may collect information such as:

• First and last name.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Company.
• Job title.
• Any other information voluntarily provided by users.

Purpose of processing

The information collected will be used to:

• Contact users about Priuser products and services.
• Provide requested commercial or technical information.
• Arrange demos or meetings.
• Improve our products and services.
• Meet legal obligations where applicable.

Information sharing

Priuser does not sell users' personal information.

Data may only be shared with technology providers needed to deliver the service or where legally required.

Data retention

Information will be retained for as long as needed to provide the contracted services or until the data subject requests deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

When a client requests service cancellation, the application and associated files will be deleted from our servers. A copy of the database will be retained only to allow delivery to the client upon request or to meet applicable legal obligations.

Clients may request permanent deletion of that copy at any time by writing to soporte@priuser.com.

• A copy of their personal data;

Data access and deletion

Data subjects may request a copy of stored information or its deletion by emailing soporte@priuser.com.

Before processing a request, we may require additional information to verify the applicant's identity.

Priuser adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration or loss.
